Digital Marketing Executive

Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales for the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, and will be able to leverage them to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, SEO rankings, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines, mobile-friendly, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and design, to develop marketing materials and content.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and web development is a plus.
